Two up top and this lad pinging crosses in for fun. More of that! He'll surely get a run in the team after that performance.

    Did very well last night.

Seem to remember one of thrle commentators saying something about him not having much pace or trickery once he gets in a forward position.

So *, neither did Tierney or Izaguirre at best, but as long as (when forward) he continues to drive and deliver dangerous crosses, that'll do pig....that'll do!

Tierney doesn't look it but he is rapid when given the space to run.

Izzy, especially Izzy version 1, when he first came here was skinning people like nobodies business, then got injured and became for the most part, a shell of his former self and just never recovered.

Think comments about Taylor are fair, he doesn't seem to have about him when he is one on one with a player.

But, he's delivery is pretty top notch and isn't shy about trying to get a cross in early which a lot of our full backs fail to do as they always want to take an extra touch/run to byline/play a square pass.

Work to strengths, let him find the position give it to him and let him whip it in and then we don't need to worry so much about him having to beat a man, carry the ball etc...

IMO he’s been good any time he’s played. Last night wasn’t a surprise. Also seems desperate to do well here and very focused.

The boy was rapid over a short burst to beat a man and had plenty of skill in his locker when needed. For a left back he was as skillful as they come.
Roulettes, flicks, gliding past the whole Motherwell team that time. Put tavernier on toast multiple times.

Was genuinely coming into say it looks like Taylor could do a very good job for us as long as we hold off with any comparisons to KT going forward. Just let him play his own game like last night.

By far his best performance so far. Give him a run in the team now.

He nutmegged the right back in the first half and had him tripping over his own feet a few times. Maybe not skillful but he’s got a low centre of gravity and drops the shoulder, got enough pace to get past most defenders.

As you say though his quality of crosses is brilliant, something we’ve missed for a while.

He deserves a good run in the team, in the handful of games I've saw him in hes be more than decent, better than hayes that's for sure, last night most of our positive play went down his side and wasnt really caught out of position either

He was quality last night. Needs a run in the team and I reckon we’ll see a huge difference.

yeah, like i said in an earlier post just after we singed him, he will surprise people with how good he is technically.

i seen a few games of him for killie and i thought he had a cracking game for them against rangers just before we signed him.

and in his movement And overlaps he looks to get in behind the defence. He has shown that in the few games he has featured for us now.

Was impressive last night, along with Bolingoli at the bigotdome it was our best LB/LWB performance of the season. I'd give Taylor a run in the side but even if the gaffer doesn't agree he needs to settle on someone because changing our LB every game won't do us any good.

Fooking class last night, aggressive, direct and some cracking crosses. Also one of the few who performed well in both halves. Left back has got to be his spot to lose now surely, really liked the look of him.

Izzy didn't have trickery? He's the best fullback I've ever saw for trickery. Had decent pace too, although not electric.

Boy was brilliant last night, here's hoping he kicks on, hasn't impressed me before either for us, Killie and Scotland.

    MOTM by a mile.
