Absolutely no chance he leaves now. Maybe in a season or two, but even then I think the big man loves it here. The age he's at, I could see him spending all his peak years here.

Is that a loan fee for 6 months?

If he starts next week, the rumours are true. That's the only thing Ange would need to worry about, him getting fed up being second choice. And in fairness, he does deserve more starts.

Tell them all to * off.

I can't see him leaving this early in his Celtic career.

Next summer at the earliest. Even then, I'd want a gazillion pounds for him.

Wouldn’t sell him for any cash they offered. We’ve been crying out for a striker like him for about 15 year.

It's difficult in the modern game as an out and out striker is there with GK in being probably the most competitive spot as you only really play with 1 in the modern game now and overall don't need that many back up players...maybe 2 at absolute most.

So it's hard to find the players who are willing to be play second fiddle but are also at the same time good enough to actually play in the first place to a level we don't see too much of a drop off.

Giakoumakis is critical to the squad even if he doesn't get the amount of game time he deserves with the form he shows. £500million needs to be offered before we even start entertaining bidders

The same could be said if we start with Kyogo and it’s not successful.

To be fair unless we get a easy group we will be lucky to be 2 goals up and cruising come 25/30 minutes to go.

If it was the Europa league aye I would say we have a fair chance of that happening but the champions league knowing us we will end up with the group of death.

Time will tell regarding who will start.

    Yes.

I know I’ll get slaughtered for the low fee but I think it’s fair tbh. Can’t be greedy.

If the rumours are true, I'd be quite worried about this. Giakoumakis is on record saying his dream is to play in the Premier League. He's at an age where he probably needs to make a move soon to fulfill that, and he plays second fiddle to Kyogo most weeks when both are fit.

I don't think we'll sell him this window though, we aren't in a position to.

Him and Juranovic will go next summer IMO.

Both be 28 I believe so it makes sense for them and the club to sell then when their stock is high and before they are even closer to 30.

I'm sure GG held an interview back in Greece lately where he said he would of course like to play in the EPL soon or something along those lines. As does every player though.

Doesn't surprise me people are taking notice from the big league's..

Top scorer in the Dutch top flight for the worst side in the league and relegated

Joint top scorer in our league despite missing a large chunk of the season or coming off the bench

Just back in the national side and scoring as well

No just the amount of goals but the way he finishes as well. How clinical he looks and physically dominant

Isn't a chance we can afford to lose him right now and we won't..

I think either him or Kyogo will leave next summer. We won't lose both, but whoever is still second choice will be gone imo.

I think he'd do amazing job at Newcastle...I say thay because think by time he is wanting to leave..they can then come in with a nice £50mill bid as they still go through a slow process of improving the squad and not immediately blowing £££££££ on global brand name players on excessive wages.

Not a chance. They both love being at Parkhead. Ange will rotate the strikers to suit the games, opponents and conditions.
60+ game season. Plenty opportunities to keep both of them happy and contented.

Not surprised there is interest, he’ll definitely leave next season though if he performs in Europe which I have no doubt he will.

Glad to see he isn’t in a rush to move on though, can tell the big man loves it here.
