Good player, done * all in the first half and hardly touched it before missing a great chance. His head didnt go down and the first thing he did 30 seconds later was to show great composure and score a great goal. Thats what makes him an excellent striker. His head could have went down after only just returning but nope he just dusted himself down and stuck the next one away. Top class Gary, keep up the great work :50:

We need to make up a great song for him like we did with Henrik so he feels he can't leave like Henrik felt he couldn't

Showed great composure when he scored that goal today. When he flicked the ball past the defender he could have just lashed out at the ball but he didn't. He took a nice little touch to tee it up and slotted it into the bottom corner.

    Luvvly jubbly.

What a find from Lennon, how any of the EPL clubs failed to notice him is beyond me. He's a terrific player and just the sort of player we've been missing since McDonald leaving. Should finish the season as top goalscorer imo.

    Brilliant goalscorer.

His goal today was great, simple interception and ball control yet so effective. We're lucky to have striker like him.

Terrific to see him back in the team today, always confident we'll score a few when he's up there. Brilliant buy from Lennon to get him up here in the first place. He's easily my fav Celtic player at the moment. :50:

He's clinical, can be stagnant for 3/4 of a game then pop up in the right place.

hooper is an out and out box player. seems to come alive inside the box. his goal today was quality. his touch and finish were quality and so quick and eased our nerves and set us up for an easy day.

Very, very promising player. He is an out and out goal scorer with good link up play and decent pace.

At 22 if he continues this way he could well become a legend.

Goal today was utter class, if it had been someone like Torres we'd all be ranting and raving, 3 quick touches on a slippery surface and it's in the net.

Really special player this boy, I just hope we hang on to him, reminds me a lot of Skippy, just maybe a bit quicker.

i love gary hooper. we need him and i really do think he is our best striker since larsson, he puts away so many chances as shown in almost every game he has played for us.

10 in 11 brilliant strike rate. Why do people compare him to Skippy he is far, far better.

proper striker, first since Skippy and the only one at the club IMO. Some people say he is better than skippy but I dont think anyone can say that yet. He is a little tidier on the ball but he wont be better than Skippy IMO until he has done it quite a few times in big games and even in the CL. Skippy proved he was a man for the big games at all club football levels.
