Title is misleading but I know what you mean, he's still fully focused on performing at his best for Celtic. Gary Hooper could become a legend at the club if he continues to provide goals consistently.

A very modest player. I hope he will spend many years in the hoops.

You should write for the Daily Ranger given a misleading title like that  I'm just joking mate, I know what you mean and I have no doubt Hooper apreciates Celtics part in the advancement of his career and the way he handled the transfer speculation when he was with Scunny showed that he is definitely very humble about his beginnings

Just watched his press conference there, and even though I'd have loved to see him play for Scotland, the way the media went on about it - almost as if he was betraying Scotland or something - kinda annoyed me.

The man's English and yet you got the impression that he was a Scot defecting to England from the way they were grilling him.

    Shades of McGeady/McCarthy.

when you see Liverpool paying £35m for Carrol who was out scored by hooper in the Championship and also played more games than Hooper you have to think what sort of money hoper is worth lol. and on top of that Carrol was playing for the team that run away with the league.....we have a quality player in Hooper and hope he stays for a long time!

Would have liked to have seen the bhoy for Scotland but i'm sure he would rather play for England and good to see his main focus is Celtic, the English team is the most over rated team in world football and i can probably see him getting a few caps at most due to the fact he is with us Capello will turn a blind eye to him because he's not in "the best league in the world" think England got shown what a proper football team is this week in the Nou Camp.

Hail Hail by the way first post :)

I'm calling my son Gary Hooper 2,and I'l train him to be a great footballer completely loyal to Celtic. Then if I ever get a dug I'm calling it Gary Hooper the 3rd,and it'll do wee tricks with a football and wear a Celtic top.
Grand Emperor Hooper the 1st of Celtic:50:
