Anyone avoiding putting a vote down is not helping town.. simple as that.

Hate to break it to you but I rarely vote on Day one.

Right now, apart from Cena and his vig shot, you're the most suspicious.

I was waiting for your comment haha, knew you wouldnt be voting.

Care to explain how Im the most suspicious? My character claim is literally someone who is in the OP picture.. and I was the first person to claim a character. I'm probably the least suspicious.

You kept making assertions like this about how players should be playing last time you played as well and in the end you were way out.

    Maybe you're not always right...

You're wanting players to character claim, which can expose power roles, you are also insinuating that players holding off on a vote are for the watching.....you are trying to force play here and I for one think that's scummy.

I know * all about the show so your character means nothing to me.

What? You mean last game when I kept saying to lynch Sean over and over and over again until people lynched me for it.. and then Sean won as cultist?

The same game when I quoted a post of yours in which you also nailed who was Mafia and said we should look closer at those people.

You're clutching here mate.. and you're a good player so you know lack of activity on day one is perfect for Mafia.

I know nothing about the show either.

My strategy is obviously quite different to yours. You think we should not lynch anybody and allow Mafia a free kill on N1 with once again nothing to go on on Day 2.

Same old story on Day 1 with people going in circles and ultimately pointing the finger at the person or people trying to rally the town to make some noise and contribution and/or vote.

I'm honestly sick of watching * town play.. last 2 games town play has been beyond * yet people are happy to do the same things over and again. I just don't get it. I'm no great shakes at the game clearly but it seems fairly logical to change tactics from what has simply not worked for town the last 2 games.

Characters given to Mafia will most likely be sketchy and somewhat identifiable to Mafia to people who are familiar with the show. Allowing Mafia to get away without character claiming seems a bizarre way to go about it but fair enough. I doubt town power characters will be too easily identifiable to their power so I don't see it as much of a risk and it gives us something to pressure people on.

I'm not going to bother any more, I'll take a back seat and cast votes when I see fit. Lynch me if yas please. :93:

Since I've been playing this game, character claiming has been left until needed, to me it bizzare that you give up your character in your first post, I see that as helping Mafia fake claim.

I have never got the random lynch on day 1, if there is an almost foolproof formula for finding scum in the first day lynch then please do share it because we normally lose a Townie and more often than not, a power role.

Day 2 can have info when there's roles like cop, tracker, jailkeeper etc in the game, that's of more use than picking a name and voting in D1, which might end up with Town Doc or Cop having to roleclaim to survive a lynch.

    That's my tuppence worth.

For the recorded, Cena is the most suspect for me, using a day vig so quickly isn't good and again, normally ends up in a town death.

Ah it's like being back in primary school, when your friend points at a picture of someone in their biology book and goes "that's you". My 8 year old nephew would think you're hilarious

    He's no in the photo

How does it help Mafia fake claim? If everyone states their character early, you would see at least one or two Mafia scrambling and being late to give their character in fear of giving a character that doesn't fall in line with the trend of everyone else's. that's my point. Everyone give their character pronto and anyone who delayed should be put under pressure. Doesn't work when nobody else will do it though. And somehow it now makes me suspicious lol.

this way they can be content being quiet and letting town do absolutely nothing. Fair enough we could have some info tomorrow but if there is no info tomorrow we will be going in the same circle doing nothing again.

For what it's worth I agree with Slaw in terms of character claims.

Could it give hints to roles? Possibly but in the absence of any discard info we need as much information as early as possible to start making in-roads in the game.

Not disclosing and simply going on eeny meeny miny moe for the first few rounds is an insane tactic that will lead to inevitable failure.

There's a deadline of 2pm for a lynch. Miss that and we're already on the backfoot.

Day 1 lynch rarely works unless a major slip up, day 1 vig never works either since its just a stab in the dark. Cena could well be bluffing in making us think scum wouldn’t use a vig like that so quickly, Keano is a very good player and is always a target for scum early on.

The longer the game goes on and Cena is alive the question will always be asked and considering his playing style and already shot his shot.

    Vote Cena

Dayvig tends to be a town role. Makes me think Cena is more likely town personally
