    Europa it is. No point dwelling on what could have been, we were never gonna make it to the champions league this season.

    Hopefully we will see some of the new players in the squad.

    Not an easy fixture by any stretch with the shape of our current squad

    Roma, Spurs, anderlecht , paok , Basel are some of the teams we could potentially face if we make it through. I think any European football this season is a big ask

    Europa League is much more enjoyable from a spectator's perspective but obviously the finances make tonight's failure a massive blow.

    No team will fear us at any level in Europe based on our current squad. Hard to even contemplate this game with the League opener at Tynecastle in a few days.

    It was never gonna be the CL this year anyway but we shoulda been in the groups stage after tonight. Will be looking forward to this game once the weekends out of the way. Don’t know why anyone wouldn’t be it’s a massive game.

    Let’s be honest, europa league is our level. As long as our board don’t invest the kind of money required to compete in the champions league we need to accept that.

    We aren't even at Europa League level.

    The galling thing is that there are teams out there doing much better than us in Europe (and have done for years) that are spending much much less than we do.
