FK Jablonec (2) V Celtic (4)

We really * up by going out to Midtjylland. We now have to beat to beat this Jablonec lot AND az alkmar who are a better team than Midtjylland just to qualify for the Europa League group stages which we would have done had we beat Midtjylland. * mental.

If there is a hard way to do something you just you know Celtic will take that route, only ourselves to blame. Id like to think we will beat Jablonec. Alkmar could be a different story they didnt finish too far behind PSV (who are a very good team) last season in the Dutch league.

If we were to beat Jablonec and Alkmar that would indicate progress under Ange for me.

 

Either would be a better option than Eddie who is worse than a man short now.

 

Be happy with that, dont want Eddy to start, maybe have him come on for Forrest last 20 min. Also, would like Monty on for Taylor too.

 

If we get past this mob and that's a big if Alkmar will * us.

You'd imagine Christie will come in tonight. Ange was well impressed by him.

But does Adaba or Forrest drop out to accommodate him? Or does Turnbull?

I think Ange likes his wide men to be real wingers, rather than guys like Christie. I think we'd have a bit more pace if Christie comes in for Turnball.

Also, neither Soro, Turnball or Cal mac are getting into the box to meet low crosses or cut backs. Christie does that well (just not his finishing).

Eddy can’t start this. Ano he assisted at the weekend but it’s been like playing with no centre forward for the first 3 games this season, a empty jersey. One of Kyogo, Abada or Ajeti should be CF today.

Am hoping Edouard doesn’t start today, doesn’t deserve it. Stick Hart in between the posts & let Kyogo have a run out up top. Hopefully we won’t need Eddy tonight but if we do, he should get it stuck in his head that he’s replaceable & needs to fight for his place.
