True. Still a bizarre — and cruel — way to lose a match. Didn’t see the match; started watching it on a stream with about 10 mins to go (excluding the 10 mins extra time) and Brighton were bombarding United with attack after attack and very much looked like the better team by some way, in spite of being 1-2 down with 10 mins to go. I don’t know what the stats were for the match, but I suspect Brighton will be hurting big time — especially if they dominated most of the match.

I usually protect all of my bets with a draw (DNB or DC), with no exceptions. I have to be 200% certain before I bet a team to win outright. I let my guard down today and literally paid the price. Having said that, I had Braga on last night with a DNB . . . and they lost at home to Santa Clara! Murphy’s Law is * with me big time as far as gambling is concerned. ☹️

You blow for full time, that should be the end of the game for me. Maybe flawed was the wrong word but you shouldn't be able to go back after the whistle has blown.

Unless he got the shout from his assistant before he had blown and didn't have time to react, then fair enough.

I think it was fair to call it back. It was called in a reasonable time.

If a game ended with a wrong call being ignored because the ref blew the whistle it would cause uproar to the team it went against.

The handball rule is totally mental, Roy Hodgson is right, it's killing the game.

As Onefootwonder said, I think there would be an uproar, and quite rightly.

Not really, refs miss stuff all the time. If he seen it he would have blew for that before blowing for full time.

I know we don’t have VAR, but look at the decision for handball against us last weekend in the space of minutes.

I know there is nothing anyone can do about it, however it's a real shame their is no crowd at Sheff Utd v Leeds today. I think that would have been a really good watch with a full crowd in Bramall Lane.

Said it last week, Liverpool's title 100%. City have become a shambles. All there billions and they have just lost it the last season.

I mean the naivete of that defence is abysmal. Pep is gone at the end of the season, maybe sooner.

Some mental.scores in that EPL, even the likes of Dortmund and Bayern getting pumped.

Good thing is this might make the bookies think again with their crazy odds.

I've even noticed both teams to score odds are poor, but the goals ain't been raining in. The usual leagues that used to.
