you must have missed the MON years then. We have more flair players now than at any time since TB's side.

    Sorry mate, you've lost me?

If i picked and chose what to read surely that puts me in my own wee happy bubble and there would be no point reading anything? It's good to read other fans opinion, one's i agree with and one's that i don't, that's why I am part of the board.

What it's not good reading is '* this *' '* that *' 'this is a pile of pish' which we're all capable of coming away with but when it's every single post in every thread it becomes a wee bit tedious.

I think CL football and the huge cash next door in the EPL has given us crazy expectations. For many years we were happy to simply be the best in Scotland. Our market position is much worse now. Being the best in Scotland is probably our most realistic aim with the sort of money the club net spent this summer. As for last night, dont forget that Denmark have better native players than we do and have for years. Their clubs have also done better in the CL than us.

dont think anyones happy about the performance but your over reacting majourly but if thats how you want to go about things after a bad game then off you go.

Sorry Hammer i didn't pick this up from your original post, i agree this sort of arguing is out of order, some quality moderation is required.
I'm starting to think we've adopted all the abusive members of celticminded that didn't want to pay the money.
We disagree quite often, but we don't throw this kind of abuse.

Things are not perfect at the club at the moment I think everyone will agree with that? But everyone is going way overboard with last nights result! At the end of the day Brown's goal should have stood and we should have won! Everyone is acting as if Aalborg gave us a doing last night, So everyone just lighten up it can only get better. If someone is chucking their season book away oh well who cares their loss not ours. Hail Hail.

To me people are acting as if we gave them a doing - and we didn't.

IMO the goal was offside - just.:31:

In your opinion Danny, in Ryans opinion the standard of football is poor and the club, in terms of investment etc. are shortchanging him.

I'll read and respect both your opinions.

If we've been improving then we should expect a more convincing performance in our easiest tie in the group.

I agree but not everything we expect always happens. I just think it is way to early to rule us out if in out next 2 European games we come away with 0 points then its maybe time to start seriously worrying.

no and no but I am not going to let that be used as a cheap shot to make my opinions less relevant or a second class fan (class myself as a fan not a supporter). I have never pretended anything other than that I have been an armchair fan for a long long time but I know plenty of people who have held season tickets with various clubs for 20-30 years who still know absolutely nothing about the game of football or tactics despite watching 1000s of games live. I have a very good mate who has been to every home game for over 30 years who spends most of his time having a party which is fair play but he doesnt have the first clue about the game of football. Playing is probably a lot more important than watching to understanding the game IMO.
