Sorry mate. Bass Generator is a dud. I have personal reasons for that.

Scott Brown knew how to tap into the feeling of the time. Spent many a weekend in Marc Smith's record shop down the saltmarket. Him and Scott used to act like superstars in the back.

What an album that is. 1987 I'm sure. Way ahead of their time.

I was strangely thinking about Ultrasonic a few days back. Seen them live myself and they were definitely a very energetic rave band. The face gurners favourites. They had massive following in Ireland as did a lot of the Scottish clubbing scene in the early 90s. They bounced into my head because I always wondered was there a link or some name problem in this tune. It was massive in clubs here in early 90s. Not my cuppa tea but another energetic tune. :87:

This is right up my street :50:

Currently listening to a Euphoric Uplifting playlist with similar tunes. You will probably like Alessandra Roncone if you haven't already checked her stuff out

Thought it was excellent all the way through. TBH i didn't think they were as hardcore when younger as that video showed they were. My Mrs was really into them even bought the VHS of their concert a couple years ago as she was on it but hates hardcore.

I've just started the gym & making a playlist on youtube for it. You got any recommendations on songs that you really like along the lines of force mass motion panic.

    Some i already have are
    Dyewitness - Masterplan
    N-Joi - Anthem
    Force mass motion - Panic
Rythmic state - Soap on a rope
    Altern 8 - E-vapor 8
Ultimate buzz - Check Da Bass
Bizarre in - Playing with knives
Lord of hardcore - Go bezerk

I remember buying Lock n Load - Blow Ya Mind and playing it over and over. Requested the * out of that in both the Mardi in Dundee and Fubar in Stirling. Take me back.
