Anyone watched it?

I can't explain it, but of all the TV series I've seen...this one just had me wanting to seriously binge the whole thing because it was just so enjoyable.

Perhaps it's because I've got a soft spot for shows based on real events, but thought the actors in this. Pretty much all of them were class.

 

I enjoyed it and thought Keaton was great but at times the show didn't flow well, it wasn't always clear what year they were etc.

 

I get that...especially during the moments they'd transition from DEA and Virginia cases into Purdue.

 

Watched the first episode this evening, seems decent enough. The pharma industry is so * shady, particularly in the USA.

The show gives me the same kinda vibe as Dark Waters, if you've seen that.

 

Agreed yeah absolutely top notch tv

 

Finished this the other night, thought it was really good, although I understand the points made about the timeline. Apparently the writer says there's more of the story to tell, so perhaps there will be a second series.

They didn't half make Richard Sackler out to be an absolute *. I mean I'm sure he is, but even so.

 

I understand as well about the timeline, one moment we are getting into rosario Dawson taking no * and making progress with her investigation.

The next we jump years ahead and see the current investigation that is ongoing and treading similar grounds already covered in some cases.

Still find myself truly enjoying the show and to use a bad analogy I was honestly hooked to it

 

Loved it.
