A used car salesman. Tells you everything you want to hear to sell a car and follows through with nothing. Absolutely useless. Hope there’s a banner loud and clear outside the ground this week.

Won't proper slate him yet but there's questions need answered already.

Hes not the only one that should take the flak. There's folk above him who've been here for decades.

Not really sure what to make of Dom, seems he doesn’t understand football and thinks Ange can turn diddies into diamonds.

    Very slow start

Absolute disaster, and he is apart of this.

For me he is just another yes man for the board.

Atrocious start after learning the ropes from the main reason we're in such a mess.

A DOF should've been appointed. Instead we've got this St. Aloysius' Rugby Boy playing Championship Manager and submitting bids for players when he has no professional understanding of their value.

He knew the mess of the squad, he knew the initial unpopularity of Ange, he knew the importance of a good start to quell the doubters....yet failed at his first important task of urgently improving the team to negotiate this round of CL qualifiers.

Not to blame for what we saw tonight. Partly responsible? Yeah, he shares it with a number of people, but not really any more culpable than a few others.

Been saying it for months, but the result over these two leg’s was pretty much signed, sealed and delivered in January. It was a close tie and with a bit of luck we could maybe have gotten through, but make no mistake - the failure to modernise and indecisiveness last season ensured that CL qualification was way, way beyond us this season.

We might have a realistic chance next season, but we’ve got to get an awful lot right between now and then, and I worry that the strategic changes that we were all counting on being made won’t be. The true thing is, we’ve been left behind in Scotland and I don’t expect us to be close domestically either this year.

What was the time spent shadowing doing?????? He has nothing to show for his months at the club. He needs to back Ange all the way here or he's done for by Autumn.

    To juxtapose 2 quotes:

    Dom McKay, 26th June
The key thing is to make sure we get a squad together that Ange is comfortable with. That we’ve given ourselves the best opportunity to be successful. I’ve no doubts over the next couple of weeks we’ll have changes, ins and outs. But my critical component here is that I bed Ange in, give him the best opportunity in the short term and the long term."

We need new signing ASAP, at least 4 new players need to be brought in as started and they should all be done within 2 weeks. We are fully aware of what we need now.

The first team needs 4 alone. GK, LB, RB, CF. Beyond that the squad needs beefed up as well, particularly if we see more outgoings eg. Eddie, Christie, Ntcham, Griff, Bitton, Barkas, Ralston etc.

If we only get 4 or 5 more signings then we will not win the League. Irrespective of how quality those signings are. With injuries, suspensions, Covid cases + self isolations we will need a strong squad and we are a million miles away from it.

    Bang on.

He's been in the door as long as Postecoglu, lets be honest.

Not really. He officially took the position up beginning of this month, was it? I have no idea how much hes been doing beforehand.

I think even then anyone expecting him to sort everything within 3 months is being unrealistic.

I just feel like hes the easy one to blame, the * above him like Desmond will be quite happy if hes the one we go for.

That’s the crux of it. Ange can see it, you and I can see it, it’s the * at the very top who can’t see it.

They are just sitting there in their leather seats smoking cigars, sipping scotch with * all idea of what it will take, thinking 4 players will be going over the top. Get these * to *.

People need to realise it doesn’t matter who the CEO is, it’s the board that are pulling all the strings and halting any progress. Just a puppet to the masters.

No point banging on about world class standards and modernisation, we don't even have a single executive member of staff who's expertise is football. You'd think that would be a * start.
