This , people should remember he was a cheating * of a match official away from probably winning us a treble. No matter what happens he deserves respect for what he has tried to do, even if it has failed.

The thing is, people don't even have to respect what he achieved in Norway. Think it was a * accomplishment in a backwater? Fine, that's their opinion.

But surely to * he's at least due the common courtesy of not being referred to as a con man or charlatan, as though he knowingly cheated and duped his way into the job.

Has he failed? To an extent, he has. Well, as much as a domestic double and a league win in two years can be considered failure (if we win the league this year, of course).

He's been more than unlucky at times but also been his own worst enemy just as much. I wanted him to succeed so much, you can see what he's trying to do but has went so far backwards in the process this season it's just a gamble that never paid off for both parties.

That was a semi-final we were 1-0 up in at the time. Was far from guarenteed.

Where's the evidence Ronny has transformed him?

At the end of the day our Beloved Club game him the job as manager,he cherished being the manager of a Massive Club,he joined us as we were going through a difficult time as such.We cannot blame the man for everything that is wrong at our Club, he really tries, puts in a good effort.
Let us win the title and then let him guide us back into the Champions League Group Stages,if he does that, superb stuff.

Any chance they would give me a job. I would cherish being manager. We are now going through a difficult period and I will not be the sole blame when things go wrong. I promise to put in a gooder effort than Ronnie and my fingers aren't crossed.

His failure to prepare us properly for virtually every important game, is testament to his eneptness.

Unlucky on occasion but I'd say he and we are extremely lucky that Aberdeen's challenge has faltered, otherwise we could have be looking at second place this season.

I'm pretty sure Griffiths has even said Ronny has brought on his game. Much like Stokes did, at one point..

The proof is in the pudding. He's not great but has without question improved as a striker under Ronny..

I'd still like a better all rounder but hey ho..

These players should not have started
    Boyata
    GMS
    Johansen

Instead the 3 changes he made should have been in the team
    Eric
    Mcgregor
    Rogic

However, I think these players have been let of lightly. They were all coming out throughout the season telling us to stick with them after every poor performance.

Saturday was a disgrace miss pass after miss pass. They arent doing the basics which i dont think is all down to diela. Collins can dissapear he offers nothing and has not tactical knowledge to help diela.

Possibly, but then although you need luck in sport, you have to be able to deal with the bad times and unlucky times, and Sunday was a chance to redeem himself and win back a few disillusioned fans, but he blew it.

    He doesnt deserve another chance.
