Depressing reading that summary. So begs the question: WHAT THE * IS GOING???? What have they been doing doing months on end. Heads have to roll. Spineless entitled bunch of * in the board room.

And now we're back to silence. So unprofessional. Who's in charge? Who has responsibility for overseeing this.

We're a big club in name only now. Cause we certainly don't act like one in all other aspects.

 

There goes the idea of a DoF working away in the background.

We've literally accomplished nothing in the 100 or so days since Lennon left.

I think people buying season tickets need to stop and think about what's going on here.

Many of us seen this mismanagement coming for a long time but we were called bed-wetters and sore losers because we lost the 10.

Surely everyone now has to admit there are huge problems at the club? The regression in Europe is well hidden by domestic success but we've obviously become a much smaller club that refuses to modernise.

The huns are doing a share issue because they're absolutely skint again, but we've given them the Champions League reward that will solve their problems.

We had a hasty resignation by the CEO (who is still running things, seemingly) and a quick-fire replacement we know nothing about. Is no one going to question this? Is no one asking what the direction of the club is?

When are we going to take action as a support? It was one thing to stagnate but now we're actively moving backwards under obvious incompetence. Are we going to just keep covering our ears and buying tickets so we can virtue-signal on twitter? Or can we actually be a responsible support and try to raise standards at our club?

 

We've actually regressed since Lennons departure...didn't even think that was possible.

 

Any notion of behind the scenes working is completely our the window in the last five days now.


Officially we are *.

There is no one in the wing to oversee a radical restructure.
There is no manager.
There is no captain.
There is no core of a squad.

This board have completely * this club. Completely

They've ripped everything out of it.


And yet there are still absolute idiots buying in to there * and financing their nonsense

Getting done with the sentiments that folk use as their excuse to back this lot.

If you are buying a season ticket this season, you are the problem. Whether you like that or not. Whether you mean to or not.
Whether your intentions are pure or not.

You're the problem. Every time you buy something from this club now, you're giving them more power to * us all over.

It's ridiculous to think about the amount of time wasted.

We've known this was coming October! We've literally don't nothing in 8 months.

If I was this incompetent for half a day, I'd be out of a job in a heartbeat. The board need lynching.

 

It is shocking that it seems absolutely no progress was made in months. What have they been doing all this time?

 

Statement by Celtic Football Club

Following very positive and detailed discussions with Fergal Harkin, with the belief that he would be an excellent candidate for the position of Director of Football, we allowed time for the process, given he’d previously made it clear he was not in a position to make a decision on his future at Manchester City, until this summer at the earliest.

We can now confirm that Fergal will not be joining the Club, for reasons outwith both his and Celtic’s control.

We wish Fergal success for the future.

As part of the ongoing process we have engaged with a number of candidates. We fully appreciate our fans will be seeking clarity on this matter and we aim, very shortly, to announce the appointment of a Director of Football with the quality and desire to take Celtic forward and bring further success to our supporters.

 

Yeah enough with sentiment, enoughs enough.

NOT ONE THIN DIME!

 

Said it the other day that Harkin was as much the DoF as Howe was manager. At this point I genuinely wouldn't be surprised if we appoint Lawwell as DoF

 

So no Harkin, I can see no postecoglu as it’ll take a month minimum for him to be able to take a training session. If I was to bet I’d say John Kennedy will be the manager come out first game next season

Where do we go from here? I've seem Sunday league teams better run than us. We have NO chance of winning the league next season and we haven't kicked a ball yet. Desmond and his cronies have to pay for this.

 

He has shot up to third favourite with the bookies. Frightening thought having that * in the dugout next season.

 

I will not be spending a single penny for the first time in 20 odd years. I just hope people do the same pal.
