I’m amazed he’s become a professional footballer whilst absolutely refusing to use his weaker foot.

 

He's playing well tbf but it's frustrating watching him in two minds about getting the shot or pass off sometimes.

 

He's looking sharp for me, and dangerous.

 

Watching him do his 3 point turns on the edge of the box is brutal, slows everything down for me.

 

I like him but it's infuriating watching that and how he always takes about 3 touches to get it on to his right..

It's far too predictable. Turn on to your left and make a quick pass with the left. At one point he made about 5 turns so slowly that he couldn't even get the shot off..

It was painful

Always pretty solid with his passing though..

 

Aye, it's brutal. He looks so * awkward and laboured in everything he does. I think he'll struggle to be a mainstay in our midfield.

I like him and he has a place, but he has to have McGregor and someone else really mobile in that trio, particularly the other 8.....it can't be Rogic or even O'Riley....the latter being just about the quickest of them..

They do say you’re never the same again, after knee issues. Think this is the case here.

 

Thought he played well all in. Was a bit slow to get into the game but was more involved as it went on.

 

Yep. He'll standout in Europe, he's not quick or strong enough to command a spot in there.

I would keep him as a squad player though

 

Wouldn't be surprised if he's one that Ange is looking at upgrading.

Far too slow and doesn't do a lot off the ball, compare him to how Hatate was when he 1st came in and hopefully will be after a rest and he's nowhere near it.
If interest in boy from bayern in genuine then I think it's Turnbulls spot he's coming to take

 

Kept the ball well today and had a good snapshot in the first half. He's probably one of the best at the club in retaining possession.

But I feel like he needs to add more to his game if he wants to be a mainstay in the starting eleven next year. Just ridiculously slow moving at times.

 

Thought he was great today, he was never athletic anyway but is brilliant on the ball, has the vision and ability not many others do in the squad plus will only get sharper with more games, we’ve missed someone with his long range ability at times.
