Transfermarkt's decent for stats, contracts and agent links but their valuations are * embarrassing.

    They've got Joe * Worrall valued at £7.2M. :84:

In comparison, they have Ajer (1.8m), Forrest (2.7m), Calmac (1.8m) and Christie (1.1m) valued at a combined £7.4M. :56:

Anything under 3M for Turnbull would be a decent deal.

He’s on £26000 a month going by his payslip, over the year works out at £6000 a week. I would rather he was at another club even if they only paid £2000 of that as to us paying the full amount. He’s one who hasn’t worked out for us

Get him signed. His stats are class and we badly need another man who can play in the middle. I admit I used to be a bit of a snob when it came to signing players in this league. Robertson, Fraser, Maddison, Armstrong, McGinn, Christie have all played for teams in the spl outside of the old firm in the last few years. There's talent in this league and atm this young man seems to be top of the list of talent in the league.

I also like the idea of player exchanges. Give them Henderson for game experience or Allan/Hendry to get them of the books. All 3 would be good signings for Motherwell

Give him an ultimatum: leave, or stay, collect a salary, and play no first-team football for the remainder of his contract, at Celtic or on loan.

I tell you now if I was a footballer and told * off and earn a quarter of your salary to play or stay here earning 400 to 500k doing * all. I know what I would pick. At the end of the day it is a job.

Agreed, especially if I know I'm pretty * and have no chance of making this amount of money elsewhere.

To be fair I’ve always wanted us to look at our own league, we have missed out on some cracking players because of how tight Lawwell is.

It’s mad cause people will be sceptical because of Rodgers signing Hendry, who is * horse *. I got pelters when we signed him and said he was *.

I really don’t know what Rodgers saw in him if I’m honest, maybe it was his * scout pal? McGinn will haunt the club for a long time, like when we should have signed McFadden and McCarthy as well.

That’s not how it works. Sure Dembele was valued at a couple million when he left

The McCarthy/Fletcher January embargo the year the huns stopped us winning 4 in a row with Strachan still haunts every Celtic fan, a * disgrace.

We've been guilty of signing men too who are clearly not/never will be Celtic standard aswell from the spl like McKay Stevens, Allen, Hendry, Ciftci.

You can't get them all right but surely from our own country we should have a better record. Just pick out the real standouts .

Indeed. I am sure the guys on tm who do the valuation are a hearts and aberdeen fan... Each time they have an assesment about the valuations i fall out with them as its clearly anti Celtic! As well they arent kind to the huns

Sorry I forgot all about that! * me! Add it to the list of * ups!

WGS last window gave them 3 in a row and if we just got a forward and won the league they would have crumbled then instead of another 4 years later.

We played the second half of the season with Cillian Sheridan up front :52:

Last two games of the season all we had to do was win both but we drew them 0-0.

Refusing to sign Fletcher in Jan 09 cost us 4iar and set us back years.

Another 'clever' bit of business by Lawwell who we're lucky to have.
