When was this mate as on the radio last night he denied it?

 

after match he said he knew the club had identified him but not a guy he was overly aware of.

 

"The club are working hard behind the scenes to try and get some signings in. I think he’s been one that has been identified."

* does that even mean? You would think Rodgers is some Ian Cathro puppet

 

I think he means Arzani is one we’re working on and the media have identified him?

Or maybe he is saying it’s a Lawell deal rather than a Rodgers deal.

 

Of all the things we read in to, I really want to see that full comment in context. That's madness if he has said what we think that means.

Dont get why he would say it like that, potential to grow arms and legs with the connection with him, his son and Man City...

Watched him at the world cup he looks an excexciting player.

Man City have done this a lot over theast two years, I think it's a way to help them get past FFP. They have sold plenty of players for a few million who have never played for them and end up signing for the club they were on loan too.

 

Weird as before the game he said there was nothing in it..

 

Dont think he looks anywhere on the level if Paddy most of the time he runs into trouble an loses the ball an doesnt find a man wa his final ball , but if were bringing him in hopefully we can train that out of him

aye I knew they did it with mooy, just surprised they are offering us a buy out option in his contract since they didn't do it with roberts. They will probably price us out with something silly like 10m plus. Would rather we get Marco Rojas in since he's basically a more mature/experienced player with less hype around him and we could actually afford to buy him outright.

Arzani if he comes should do well or at least better than the lightweight musonda. Just looked it up Arzani weighs 7kg more than musonda and he looks tiny!

 

Nah he's a winger who can also play a 10 if required
