    After a summer where he and his board effectively mismanaged everything they had to deal with that is absolutely laughable but it doesn't surprise me. There were those in the summer arguing that he only got his bonus if we qualified for the Champions League too.

    He earns more in basic than the rest of the board put together?
    Yet we couldnt afford to pay the cleaners and catering staff living wage....

    Technically that’s true. His bonus is for last season and season before.
    Be interesting to see what it is in 2 years time when it’s next paid.
    He is still paid way too much and on a share of 15% of our profits?
    Crazy.

    To be fair his wage before hand, for the job he does (regardless of him as a person I’m talking about the role) wasn’t particularly good.
    It’s probably just being pulled into line with other similar wages around Glasgow City jobs.
    He won’t get another 60% next year maybe only 1 or 2%

    He accepted the position on those terms. I wonder what the response would be if our ticket office or catering staff asked for a 60% payrise.

    Oooft the ending bit is total garbage then because this bonus thing leads to a conflict of interest pushing board member to want to make a profit... Mwhich is important but not at
    The expense of the quality of the playing squad.... Because if that's doing well then everything should take care of itself
