Of course you shouldn’t off yourself. You should see a doctor asap though.

Because I have been on TRT for years and also experienced for other reasons, complete loss of libido etc so I know how much * like that can * with your head with how you feel and think.

Have you ever had a full blood panel done?

Having a had a look at the post finasteride syndrome sub reddit, it seems a fair few people have had success with what I have mentioned in my original post.

Your hormone system has been trashed by Finasteride, there is ways to fix it, it isn't too late for anything,

It's not good to read this stuff on the forum. St Patrick is clearly in need of assistance.

Don’t take stuff that messes your head up.It’s fun at the time but in the long run you get dependent on it,your sleeping pattern is * and your temper is just erratic. You're no fun to be around.Cut out energy drinks as well, they’re * poisonous.A few weeks of clean living and you feel better, more positive about yourself and the future.

Don’t be your own worst enemy be your own best * :celt_2:

I eat healthy (vegetable salads, cooked meals, I don't avoid meat...), I've taken up physical therapy for my disability during the period of good mood, I don't drink more than 4-5 times per year, or do tobacco/drugs.

But still, as soon as days got longer and temperatures rose, my good mood wore off. Brain is back to its typical thought patterns involving death.

I suppose we are powerless before illness, and ultimately, death. Need to survive work days until Saturday...

It's about balance budd, mental health is like waves, where every 7th one is a big one and can knock you on your *. It's about how you react to it when it happens. You within yourself knows the enviable is coming, as its all part and parcel of the cycle of mental health.

No matter how many folk will say do this or do that, unless they've experienced it themselves they really don't know. I always hate someone saying to me 'go for a walk, or got to the gym' if it was that easy I wouldn't be sitting here feeling * lol.

Your doing the best thing though, that's focusing on a positive, no mater how big or small. I deal with it playing pc games city builders, survival games something that just makes your head space go somewhere else for a wee while, not the best way to deal with things but it helps me.

Keep your chin up, and mind there's always someone to talk to no matter what. Hope you feel on the up soon, you'll get plenty of support on here in the meantime.

Ironically, I too play games when I'm at home. Not the most healthy way to direct the brain away from envisioning scenarios where I'm spending my last months on Earth, but I agree it works. It's just that the brain hijack usually happens in the morning, when I'm supposed to be at work. These days, I'm without the support of people who help the work move along, so there's a pile-up in my room without me being at fault. I suppose the frustration/feeling of being overwhelmed created the condition that allowed for a return of silly scenarios courtesy of Deathwish Inc. with HQ in my brain.

It was good while the Japan/South Korea World Cup buzz lasted- up till March. Reality is too warm, and it sucks.
