Can’t disagree with many of the points above apart from the no challenge from Them until last year, since Gerrard came in they have thrown money at him and not sold anyone to the point of having to do share issues to have money to cover the bills. The season before last they did have a credible challenge but their bottle went.

I am still not convinced if a suitable challenge is put to that group it wouldn’t go again. We were so far of it last year it was a stroll.

Well i would agree that they never really had a challenge. But that doesnt discredit my point. They never had the depth the season before and they capitulated.

but i agree, we totally imploded last season and it was a canter for them.

 

There are quite a few folk on here who only post negative comments, even when we were winning all they would post is depressing comments and when I say comfortable I mean they are better at expressing those types of opinions rather that try to be positive, I'm not saying any Celtic an enjoys the current situation. As for worst states, this is far from being a worst state in my eyes, Tony Mowbray season was far more depressing than it is just now. The current situation we find ourselves in is unacceptable but I don't think it is as bad as some try and make out, of course if Ange ends up a disaster then we are in deep *

 

Not sure you'll find many to agree with the sentiment that the Tony mowbray season was worse than the current saga we are in (Lennon stint 2 to now).
Mowbray was literally sacked for less than what Lennon got away with.

Probably not but that's why I posted it in here. I think I was more disappointed with the Mowbray era as for the years leading up to his appointment I often thought he'd have been a great manager for us. With Lennon, I was more disappointed by him getting the role in the first place so my expectations were low.
He did get punted for less than Lenny but deserved it at the time

 

I had no problem with the guy at the fans press conference going off on one about the refs.

 

Fan ownership is it really any better than a single owner, the questions I have

Who appoints the people (Fan Group) to the board is this done during half time where they go into middle of the park and we cheer for who we want loudest gets elected.
who does due diligence on them to make sure they are not a fuckwits
Do you have to have shares or be a season ticket holder to have a say (if so what about those who have been effected by COVID crisis and can no longer afford it or just couldn’t afford it in first place) are they not fans any longer
Who decides on management and players is that purely the board elected or do they bring these decisions back to the fan base again I’m up for the cheering at half time thing.
How do we get rid or sell players or staff a variation in the cheering at half time we could throw pies or just boo louder if we want them gone
I think this could be endless fun and good half-time entertainment better than watching that * draw with the big giant cheque knowing you wasted £20 on tickets in the way in.
