Hugh Keevins does indeed to that. Although people constantly take the bait. He predicted Rangers to win the treble in WGS's first 2 seasons but you always get the impression he doesn't mind one jot that he is wrong.
After the last O/F game at Celtic park, he predicted the Huns to go on and win the league by 10 points this season. -
