    See that's what * me off about horse racing, if the horse gets injured it usually gets put down, so in fairness if the wee midget riding a horse falls off and breaks his arm they should shoot him also , seems fair to me.

    Ah well, well done to the connections.Finished £30 up on the week so im happy with that.

    Shame Cue Card went down, but if i was on Don Poli, id be absolutely raging at the ride Davey Russell gave it. I normally like Davey, but he finished about the same distance behind the winner as he was all the way around!!! Why sit that far out the back?

    Im up about £320 this week, think I had £40 in my account on the first day of the racing now up to £360 once those winnings are paid in. A great few days, I wasnt even going to bother betting on it as well :56:

    They only get put down as it isnt feasible in most cases to have them with their leg in plaster.They cant lie down in a bed waiting for x amount of healing. It is a real shame though.:54:

    As for the jockeys, it is only flat jockeys that are 'midgets'!:smiley-laughing002:These guys are the same height and weight as the rest of us.(ordinarily)
