I can remember watching the Sunday Supplement, one of them said it. Another said he’s a really good player but can’t claim that when Lewandowski is playing the way he is, and the rest said ‘they don’t watch other leagues’

In all seriousness as a reason to defend him being the best.

 

My mate accidentally put a quid on that score btw, he thought he’d put 2-1 Madrid on. He got like £150 quid off it.

 

One of the most unlikeable guys in football, imo. Can't quite put my finger on it, just really don't like him at all.

 

Fair enough that, I’ve got a lot of players I’m like that with for no real reason.

Carvajal is one, I despised Van Persie for no reason. Robertson though I love that he worked his way from the 3rd division in Scotland to the highest level in football and has kept the same attitude throughout. Think he’s a major role model for how to make the most of your talent.

 

Got a lot of time for Robertson, clan brother too.

Just took sn instant dislike to klopp from the 1st time I saw him for some reason. Nothing to do with the arrogance thing either cause I admire that in some, like Cantona, Ronaldo etc.

Do like guardiola though, despite despising Man City and city group.

 

Best goalkeeping performance I've seen since big fraz in 2019.

Big man just shades it coz he saved a pen.

 

He’s had they performances against City and PSG the last couple rounds. Between him and Benzema, they’ve been as valuable as each other.

 

Hilarious hearing the English pundits speaking about Real Madrid like they're a pub team. If I was locked in a room with Owen and McManaman and had a gun with 2 bullets I'd shoot myself twice just to make sure. Jake Humpheries is a * as well.

 

Aw *, thought that was about Robertson. I’ve heard a few people think Klopp tries to be too likeable so they don’t like him. Think he’s a cracking big genuine * but, and I love his style of football.

* love Pep as well, just because that Barca team he had showed me a different level of football. And his teams have always been outstanding to watch.

And see what else I love, not saying he’s that level, but Ange’s style is a great mix between the two of their styles. Possession based, but direct, high pressure, movement and desire. He’s took the best of both and implements it in his own way.

Give him the players they have and I think he could be that level though.

 

They were judging Ancelotti off of Everton. How the * can you look at his full career and take him at Everton as what he is as a manager.

 

Quite ironic aswell as it was the Liverpool goalie that cost them the champions league last time the 2 team’s met in the final, mind that karius guy flung the baw into the net twice

Karius' contract ends in June I think. I remember Klopp saying he was behind Karius and it wasn't his fault. Then spends £55m on a keeper, sends Karius on a 2 year loan and gets another keeper the following summer.

 

Just seen Real won, I got fed up waiting for it to start ended up watching a movie with the Missus !!!!!

Didnt really care about the final at all but happy Real won it. Can't stand Klopp, big creepy toothy *. Salah and Robertson too. Actually, all of liverpool

 

It was funny to see Rio Ferdinand make Owen look like a fool and dissect his crappy argument about Liverpool being the team to beat. Hilarious to see some of these guys make crass comments when it doesn’t go their way
