Listening to Celtic podcasts talking about Champs League next season, and wanting glamour ties, and saying that Ange could go toe to toe and succeed with it.

I’m hating it, if we draw Bayern, or City or Liverpool and attack them and get pumped, and have persuaded ourselves that’s not something that should happen if we approach games like that, Ange will get it in the neck. Give me the easiest draw possible please, * glamour ties and the Group of Death, happened too much with us that. Gees a soft touch, in comparison to others billion quid teams.

100%. Eintracht, a lower-ranked second seed like Porto, etc, and a mad, skin-of-their-teeth qualifier like a Ferencvaros please.

Edit: That’s going on the assumption we’ll be seeded third and not fourth. Anyone shed any light on whether that’s likely?

Tough draw for us but would surely fancy our chances to finish 3rd. I’d be expecting us to give Milan a game home and away. Liverpool would be a tough task but we usually fair well at home in a cross border derby.

Group H is mental - Poor Red Star.

Huns look * as well with that draw.

 

Group C and D would have been my favoured groups.

 

Throw G in there as well probably.

Would fancy us vs Frank and Salz. Even Chelsea I think we’d give a good account of ourselves and could beat them at CP.

Wouldn’t be the worst group we could get. I’d at least be semi-hopeful of us getting something from most matches.

 

Anyone know if Bodo have lost a lot of players? Just noticed they’ve been beat 3-1 off some faroese team.

 

Was in the first qualifying round for the champions league, they’ve went through 4-3 on aggregate, but still that’s a shocking result.

 

I mean we lost to Red Imps then went on to qualify.
They haven't been great this season, probably still come 3rd but Molde will probably win it
