Aye, especially in European qualifiers every team we play seem to time waste, roll about at every oppertunity and kick * out of us and we don't do nothing.

We seem to see ourselves as above all the shenanigans but it's not good enough just to outplay teams, we should be outplaying them and beating them at their own games as well.

Huns got about 10 guys booked over their 2 legs against MIddhfjgkgl we're lucky if we done 10 fouls.

Ajax tonight, any danger they tripped, grabbed and took out guys for fun, took 7 yellows as they know they push high up the park and can get countered so they just deck anybody trying to counter them. We let Cluj do us from our own corner without making a tackle.

 

Completely agree, Seville was 16 years ago and we're still falling for the same diving time wasting tactics that Porto used to this day when we play in europe.

When it's tight game's the keeper takes an age. They give away a foul and they stand over the ball. It's our throw and they grab the ball run on the pitch then throw it away mile away. All of this is to slow down our play and nothing get's done about it..

Even when we're winning at tough places with a slender lead....you'll see us taking a quick goal kick and just aren't cute enough..

It's something we don't have in our DNA by and large. The huns have been playing like animal's for as long as I've lived and all their hero's are animal's..

Don't know if we try to take the playing the Celtic way too literally over the year's or what but apart from under MON I've always found us soft-ish..

Aye, think the guys name was Rondon. I think we are very naive in Europe and dont dive about like we "should". Sickening saying that but everyone does it in Europe especially even the top players in the top teams. I cannae imagine Ajer playing games like that, he's just too righteous.

Last season in the Europa League there was 48 teams in the Group stage - 46 of those teams done more fouls than us. Same in Rodgers first season in the CL, 32 teams in it, 30 of them done more fouls than us.

In the 2017-18 season Scott Sinclair committed 9 fouls the entire season across every competition - 4 in 35 League appearances. That sums us up - scared to disrupt teams/games or rough teams up.

Can even go back to when we beat Barcelona, I think we only done 3 fouls in that game and Barcelona done about 16 even though they had about 70% possession.
