If nothing else Ronny's team selection will be interesting after Tuesday, because it will give clear indication who he feels he can stick with and who let him down. 8 of the team that played in Malmo didn't play vs Dundee Utd, so let's see what he does. The big one will be Johansen. If he plays him then he's ignoring form and going with favouritism.

Yes Johansen along with most of the team were poor on Tuesday night. But in fairness he consistently has been one of our top performers over the last year. He is definietly one of the players Delia builds the team around as well so unless he is injured he will be playing.

Johansen is an enigma. Last year he went from headless chicken in the Euro qualifiers to, rightly, being our player of the year with some great football, assists and goals. Yet, this year he's seemingly gone back to being a headless chicken in the Euro qualifiers and all round sloppy play, giving easy balls away. Can't see him being benched though.

 

It's going to be a frosty atmosphere tomorrow probably. It should've been the game we all celebrate because we're back at the top table.

At least we've got a tasty EL group.

 

Hopefully with the kick off time actually being 3pm tomorrow we will have a good crowd and get a big reaction from the players to Tuesdays dreadful performance. As always its at times like this when you see what players are really made of character wise. In fairness though that applies to us as fans as well.

 

Last game we drew and game.before we lost, so should be a good game. Turn out might be effected by tuesdays disapointment. Hope not though.

St. Johnstone will not be looking forward this, wishing they did'nt have to face Celtic today, as we are still hurting from Tuesday night.

I am looking forward to a barrel load of goals as the team try to make up for their poor performance.

 

Not quite sure what to expect today.

We will either batter them, or it'll be slow and all doom and gloom.

 

We need a backlash and players to stand up and be counted. Interested to see how each player responds.

Deila's response today will be very important for his credibility. Hopefully he'll keep it low key. Even if we scalp them 8-0, there is likely to be a section of the support who will regard with at best a restrained irony if he subjects the crowd to the 'Roar'. Ronnie and the team have a lot of work to do to repay our faith in them, in particular the dedicated supporters who made the trip to Malmo.
