I saw a much better ball passing game today and percentage football in defence that had not been seen for a while.

Seems to me the team is getting to be on the same page and being cohesive and playing clean 1-2 touch football and moving into space. Jota scored within 3 passes.

Hart has to get a grip and be decisive with the ball at his feet. It does him no credit with his pedigree to be doing rookie pranks. One Huigita was enough with that crap.

Good to see Starfelt and Bitton comfortable on the ball today. Everyone seemed more composed and less frantic in their play. Boli had a good game also, was pleased he started. We still need to see more shots from outside the box.

We had to have a right sided fullback on the bench. At one point Ralston went down with an injury and looked like he would not continue.

Turnbull scored a cracking goal but still seems to have problems crossing the ball at the correct height in the second half of a match . Giakoumakis was starved of service to his head for goal attempts.

I will take 2-0 each week for Celtic thank you very much. Let's see those weekly points increasing.

Now for the boys from Hungary.

Thing was aswell everyone saying how dependant we are in kyogo, no really his fault but he was fairly anonymous today but we still won comfortably with other players stepping up to the plate
Bolingoli far more effective left back than Taylor will ever be, faster at bombing forward and offer s a lot more of a presence physically as a defender

Giakoumakis got a solid kick to his leg by the guy marking him which was no where near the ball, in the final minutes of the game.

Good performance, still not a fan of this passing the. Ball about at the. Back, heart in mouth stuff.

Turnbulls goal was outrageous, he started poorly but came onto a good game.

Still not seeing it with Abada, would like him to run at players more, but his crossing is horrendous.

Bolongoli had a decent game top, but * was he doing with that handball, absolute stonewaller.

The passing about at the back is way to risky and that heart in mouth moment when Hart started playing football on his goal line nearly gave me a heart attack. Totally agree with you re Abada as well. He is very wasteful with the ball and his crossing is *. Hopefully we get Forrest back soon

Mugabe is a dirty player, kicked Giakoumakis with no attempt to go for the ball.

"Due to the Cop26 Conference taking place in Glasgow, Police Scotland informed the Club that no home matches may take place on matchday 4 of the Europa League. This means UEFA must schedule two home fixtures in the city on matchday 3. Police Scotland, stewarding companies and other matchday service providers are unable to facilitate two major fixtures at home on the same day.

Therefore, the date of the match had to change from the normal Europa League slot and is required to have a late afternoon kick-off to avoid a clash with UEFA Champions League matches..."

I was giving him the benefit of the doubt for his earlier tackle which might have just been a bit late but, after the tackle on Giakoumakis, I have came to the conclusion that he is just a big dirty *

Even when he isn't having his best game, or seemingly much involved, he is still key to the way we play. He is constantly moving, which drags defences all over the place as they know they can't risk leaving him alone, creating space for others, and his tracking back to win the ball for the first goal is another example of what he brings to the team.

Rogic, CCV, Jota, McGregor we’re all classes. Some great passing to get it from one end to the other from Rogic and McGregor. Big silky Aussie has still got plenty to offer.

Agree mate, his work rate on and off the ball is phenomenal, just feel though when you’re playing 2 wingers who like to get to the by line and hit a few high crosses in, with big 6ft plus defender s in the box weeman has virtually no chance of getting to them
His goal s will come from a bit of magic from Rogic turnbull or mcgregor finding his runs or some low accurate crosses to get on the end off, would like to see big Greek play off him win a few balls and feed off him

Was even more of a great performance from big Tam cause usually when he’s been round the world and back again after the international break he looks * and absolutely jaded after half an hour
Got tbh after our 1-1 draw with Dundee United with 2 really hard away fixtures at pittodrie and Motherwell coming up and the scum with 2 home games, a honesty didn’t see us taking 6 points and thought at best we could keep the gap at 6 points, so after the 2 away result s and gap reduced to 4, have to be absolutely delighted

Get the job done next weekend at home to St Johnstone and then find a way to win at Easter road and we’re looking in a really decent position, we’d then have been to the toughest away grounds. Starting to get a bit of hope we can win this league after all.

Dundee United absolutely annihilated Hibs at home today by all accounts, honestly think a some of the teams like hearts, Motherwell hibs start the season on a wee purple patch but never lasts too long, so hopefully that’s there’s burst and between guys like julien, juranovic, Forrest all on the pheripheral of coming back and new players getting used to each other’s game we are just going to keep improving every week, st Johnstone also pumped 0-3 at home to Livingston today so hopefully getting both sides at a decent time

Had nothing to do shot wise but collected a couple of crosses. Just about * it at his feet trying to do some skill which nearly cost us early on in the game.
