play the team narrow and for width we let the full backs go free at that means we have 3 central attackers as well as 3 central midfielders and 2 fullbacks to get round the back of them

 

Is anyone confident about our back line?

Gordon has played very well but i think our whole back line has
been very poor all season. Take off our Tic specs and imagine we
were trying to score against Celtic.. not very comforting

I think most teams fancy scoring against us.. domestic teams may
try to nick 1-0 or 1-1 by keeping it tight but these foreign teams will
go for more goals.. as we would probably do ourselves

There may be many reasons for our poor defending but it is clear to me that
we never look like keeping a clean sheet. I can only hope that the fans play
their usual part in making it a special night and inspiring our team

Can we score ? of course we can, but europe has not been a happy
hunting ground this season. It would be very nice to have an early goal
and a controlled game BUT this is Celtic and i expect we will see another
performance which stops us fans sitting back and enjoying the game.

Need our defenders to DEFEND, forget the offensive forays guys.. do your
job and let the front players do theirs. Concentration will be key, they have
some very smart, quick players.

2-1 to the Tic but late goals are my prediction

IMO biggest game of the year.

We win, we know that European football guaranteed till 2015. Lose and i dont like the thought of heading to Zagreb hoping to avoid a defeat as i think they are a good outfit.

I think we need to press them up the park with pace on the wings

Zagreb will drop points in Giurgiu so we will go through regardless of our result on Thursday. Would be better for us to go through as group winners though of course.

 

Very nervous about this game.

They are a better team than us, and our last couple of performances have been abysmal.

A draw does not seem to help us out a lot.

How does it work if we draw this game and lose in Zagreb (assuming Dinamo win Thursday)?

Will the games between Celtic and Dinamo count and will they look at any away goals in both legs?

 

It seems to be (according to the online ticket office). Still quite some seats left in the lower tier too. A bit surprising as this could be one of the more exciting games this season.

That's the team I'd like to see. Deila won't go with Griffiths though for whatever reason.

Salzburg are a strong team but we should be more than capable of getting a result at Celtic Park against them.

Indeed. The really important games were the CL qualifiers, but it would be great if we can get a run in the EL. Winning the league is the most important target now though (as it always is obviously).

I dont think Dinamo Zagreb are a good enough team to go and win in Astra, so am fairly calm about qualifying just because I dont think they will win there.
