Tonight was the perfect warm up for this massive encounter in Perth :86:

In all seriousness though, the players will be on a massive high for weeks after tonight. I expect St Johnstone to get hammered here.

    Forster

    Matthews Ambrose Wilson Mulgrew

    Brown Wanyama Ledley Samaras

    Watt Hooper

    5-0 to the Champions :celt_2:

On second thought, I'm going to change my team and give a few key players a rest. That was a massive shift they put in tonight and we should be winning this comfortably no matter what team we have out anyway.

    Forster

    Matthews Ambrose Wilson Mulgrew

    Forrest Wanyama Twardzik Ibrahim

    Watt Hooper

Well we managed to cope with Barca, but St Johnstone will be a different kettle of fish :icon_mrgreen:

I know there aren't any natural wingers in that midfield, but given that Forrest's out, Sammy was only just back from an injury and probably wasn't fully fit tonight and Commons went down injured towards the end there I think that's a decent enough team. We've still got McGeough and McCourt who can make an impact in those areas. Stick McGeough in if Brown hasn't recovered.
How come the game's on Sunday? Hopefully no controversy, what with it being Remembrance Sunday. Fans should be on their best behaviour. Will there be a minutes silence?

No disrespect meant at all, but I always hate Remembrance Sunday when it comes around every year. The spotlight is always unnecessarily shifted on to the Celtic supporters because a minority of idiots have disrupted the silence in the past.

I hope the fans remember the reputation of the club is at stake on these occasions, that's all I'm saying.

A must win! CL football is superb and the team have been superb but our league form is not good enough. We need to get the finger out.

I fully expect us to tear the Saints apart, no Euro hangover this time. If Hooper isn't fit I'd go with:

    Forster
    Matthews Ambrose Wilson Mulgrew
    Dylan Kayal Vic McCourt
    Watt Miku

If Sammy or Forrest are fully fit then stick them in for Paddy, but I'd like to rest a few who ran themselves into the ground. Same goes for Hooper if he's fit.
