To be honest mate, love Griffiths but he's been utter pish recently and doesn't deserve a start even today, he hates the jambos usually well up for it, but was set up a few times early doors by Forrest with powder puff attempts

He's not really been playing and we hardly got out our own half today so there wasnt much he could do.

I agree mate, Bitton s came into a position that he s not familiar with this season and to be fair he's did better than our natural CBS, A player sometimes becomes better when there not playing and last season Erik was getting slagged for being too slow when he played, don't think he's the answer either to be honest
    Hopefully ajer is
Also agree devries played well last time he played and had 3 point blank saves against Dundee but a team like Celtic s 2 top goalies shouldn't be 37, know goalie s can play longer than outfield players but need a younger more athletic goalie challenging aswell

Going down to this. Haven’t been down in a while. Still expected us to be unbeaten for it though :giggle1:

Looking for a big performance after the recent disappointing ones.

Hopefully they can go out and play with some freedom again. Don’t know if it has been fatigue recently or was the unbeaten record putting a lot of pressure on the players which resulted in the poor performances.

Regardless of who's in the team on Wednesday night, I hope everyone in the crowd will give the team a standing ovation as they come out for the incredible unbeaten run.

We'll never see an Invincible Treble again in our lives. Let's make sure the players are aware of how much we've loved this run.

Good point mate, people quite rightly a bit * off today losing 4-0 to hearts but you can't be too critical of a team that's went 69 domestic games undefeated, people saying "Sinky * useless ", he scored 26 goals last year for us, a lot against the scum and other big games, he's not hit the heights of last year though no one has and still scored 15 goals this season in December, he's certainly not useless
Last year was 1 in a million and was great, a lot of players lost confidence and this is when we really need to be behind the bhoys to a man and every Celtic fan will be, HAIL hail
Come on you bhoys in green, as great as unbeaten record was, became a bit of a monkey on our back can start relaxing and playing like were enjoying it again, it's the same player s that hit those heights last year
That said really miss that bit of creativity from Roberts n rogic at the moment

We missed both of them today, Rogic for a calming influence and Paddy for being Paddy

Definitely mate, the last time we were 0-2 down at Motherwell, wee paddy n rogic were the main men and instrumental in turning the game round and winning 4-3, nobody will be hurting any more than the players and especially Brendan could see in his and the players faces how gutted they were, actually reminded me today of Mowbray s last game at st Mirren park

To be fair mate in first half wee Forrest set him up for a shot 3 times and not one on target and on 50/50s Berra was brushing him aside every time

Would like to see a couple of changes: we need to change it around a bit and give a few guys a rest to.

    De Vries

    Ajer
    Boyata
    Tierney

    Forrest
    Ntcham
    Armstrong
    McGregor

    Hayes
    Dembele
    Sinclair

Need to see some rotation here to freshen up the side, the 11 that played against hearts was strong on paper but looked lethargic and lacklustre.

Get a few of the 'fringe' players in amongst it, can afford to at home to partick more than at tynecastle.

Any sort of reaction would be good, we're knackered though.

Would probably be best served bringing in a few of the younger guys.

Team needs freshening up but with injuries there's only so much we can do at the minute. I'd go De Vries, Gamboa, Simunovic, Bitton, McGregor, Brown, Ntcham, Forrest, Armstrong, Sinclair, Griffiths. Gamboa because Lustig is done and it would give us more of an attacking threat on the overlap. Jozo was dire on Sunday but is still our best CB, which says it all really. McGregor at LB cos KT needs a break. Thumb up front, play him regularly an he'll score more for us than anyone. De Vries deserves a chance too. Gordon has done well for us overall but he's making bad mistakes nearly every game now.
