Saving grace in this game may be the team the Hearts put, think they played a reserve side in the diddy leagues cup earlier this season and were beaten easily so possibly they are putting all their eggs in the basket of trying to win their league at the expense of the cup competitions

This is not a Mickey Mouse Cup!! Lennon got pelters for being * in it!! The treble will come off the rails on Wednesday. There is absolutely no light at the end ef the tunnel with Deila. He really depresses me as manager **Just a thought if St Mirren pump us at the weekend too, it is Mowbray all over again!! North Sea Ferry for Delia , a Taxi won't take him far enough away!!!

 

We will win. Ronny might be many things but daft he isn't. He knows that if we drop points in the League we can make them up but if we lose in the Cup we're out. So it will be a very strong team vs Jambos.

Middle - Brown, Johansen (if fit but if not Kayal/Henderson)
Wide - McGregor, Wakaso
Front - Commons, Scepovic

Job done and we move on until next calamity on Saturday when we only beat St Mirren by 10 goals and folks still Complain on here!

 

I like this team. A lot of energy in the middle, although I would maybe swap Commons for McGregor and have Wakaso on the Left. (Is he injured?)

I would also look at getting a youth Right back in to get Ambrose to *.

Service needs to be better from midfield to striker(s) in future as well. It's all good having a goal machine but if he doesn't get the ball what's he meant to do?

 

Somehow I doubt we will be seeing a lot of tinkering in this match, no youngsters on display on Wednesday night. :smiley-laughing002:

Mental the amount of posters genuinely thinking a team from the lower leagues will pump us at ours..

Not pump no scrape it ? Maybe! How can you possibly be confident of taking on anybody right now with the performances not just as a team but individuals

 

Because we pumped aberdeen for an hour last week and won, took the lead twice and got a good draw against the Austrian champions and although i never saw the well game we hammered them statistically and got a draw against our last season runners up..

So forgive me for believing we can pump the diets, a team in the championship, at Celtic park..

 

6-0 to Hearts......

 

Think we should win by a couple, although Hearts on very good run.

Would like to see Scepovic and Guidetti up front.
