Time to test the youth squad players. Miller, Ralston and Ajer should start this.
If it starts to go belly up Brendan has plenty on the bench to change things quickly.

    * that mate , we need to go on a winning run. Test the youth players out come February time if we are well in front at the top, but we are 5 points clear at the moment, so full team out imo.

Can see this being a scrappy game with only a goal or two in it.

I respect that point of view but if we're going to give the next generation a challenge, Hamilton at home whilst protecting both an unbeaten run and league position is a time to show belief in them. It's amazing what desire can do to a person, we bear our souls and show what what we're made of. Maybe it shows we're not made of the right stuff but maybe we find players who are.
How on earth Sean Fallon knew this before anyone else, even the players themselves, will always be a magical mystery. The guy had absolutely no right to sign for us at such an age nevermind be the prime mover in our greatest ever achievements.
What is it about Sligo? I've been there and it's quite unassuming, nothing like the bright lights of Bundoran. Yet it feels like our compass points there.

We were 19 points clear of the Huns going into the new year last season. We can’t risk anymore dropped points. We need to stop playing like we’ve won the league even if we know we will eventually win it. Need to win every game remaining this year and that starts here. Expect Sinclair to score

That was deeper than Dermot Desmond's bank vault.

:56:Brendan's compass is drawn to that :100:

Actually * bless the guy, Brendan's compass is pointing in the same direction as Sean's. It's different days though and even the best of teams don't get a genius scout in their history. Now we have a genius manager who needs a bit of cash. I believe in our fiscal policy because it means we could outlast the glory hunters. Celtic started off as an inclusive charity, Brother Walfrid knew Scots and Irish are Celts but something happened that divided us.
Divide and conquer. There is no romance in that. Same as there is no romance in PSG winning the UCL while Barca's Pep era was romantic even though historically they could spend big, that La Masia generation is second only to the Lisbon Lions as the most beautiful team to win the European Cup.
Both teams reinvented the game without signing superstars.

Should get back to winning ways. Will win by a goal 1-0 or 2-1.

We played Hamilton on same exact same date last year at Celtic Park and could only manage a 1-0 win with Griff scoring in 36th minute.
This was our team at the time

    Gordon
    Lustig
    Sviatchenko
    Simunovic
    Brown
    Roberts
    Rogic
    Armstrong
    McGregor
    Griffiths
    Dembele

    Here is the goal

I think we could all do with a good confidence-booster. The set of results from this weekend seems to have the huns back with their illusions of pipping us to the title. Whilst we all know that won't happen, I would love us to go on a real winning run and start to distance ourselves further from 2nd/3rd/4th. We have some tricky fixtures coming up, but this isn't one of them,

    5-0.
