Big bad John. Got a lot of time for him.

 

Excellent result but I feel we needed that 3rd goal, we will have to score over there with our defence. 2 major things we had tonight and never had last season, luck and a goalkeeper. Hart with a couple of great saves in the first half, lucky that they never scored with a couple of clear cut chances in the first half and at the start of the second half.
Ralston was superb tonight, proved all the doubters wrong including myself, Welsh was steady at the back and hardly put a foot wrong. Jury still out for Starfelt, again a shaky start but got better as the game went on, Taylor was giving me kittens the whole game, so many misplaced passes, trying to pass it through a crowded midfield, time and time again he was caught out of position.
We lost drive and energy when the changes came, players looked a little bit disjointed until they settled into a new formation. The tie is far from over, this was the best team we have came up against this season but the confidence will be going right through the team. We can go over there thinking we can win but we will really have to tighten it up at the back.

 

Hehe. It was too good to pass up.

This is great. Ange is the Messiah. He’s got Ralston playing like Cafu. Welsh like Baresi. Rogic is back and he’s got Eddie running all over the shop.

If he ever gets a tune out of Starfelt and Taylor I’ll be absolutely sure he is Jesus Christ himself.

Got to be honest might be wrong but a think starfelt will come good,don’t like slagging Celtic players but Taylor was terrible and always is especially v a decent team, alkamaar knew he was the weak link everything they did was down the right side

 

Can’t see us not scoring under this system over there.Wee rest for some players at the weekend hopefully.Ralston MOTM easy.

I dont know how we come out that on top , they are a very good side , I thought Hart Ralston kyogo Welsh wer brilliant , the game is balanced atm for me , we defo needed 1 more i feel , and hopefully we can get it over there .

 

Welsh and Ralston were superb tonight. This has the makings of a very good team, if we get a few signings we could compete well in the Europa

 

A good win playing good football. I enjoyed watching it and saw some terrific moments. I was impressed with how hungry we were even into injury time. Most of all it was great to see a team enjoying their football.

 

This Ralson's tackle in the box needs to be up there with Jozo's sending Miller into fkn space
