Celtic in Europe in 22-23 Season

Think it's more that it's sinking in how we've had pretty much a free hit at Europe for a decade, and done the square root of * all, just been happy to be there.

Now a 10 year old skint club have done the unthinkable and are probably slight favourites to win a European trophy, in the same stadium we played our last final in and lost.

 

Luck lasts as long as it happens. Stop artificially putting expiry dates on intangible, uninfluenced concepts.

Whether it's in a casino, in general life, or in a football competition, luck's length isn't fixed.

Totally agree. We try and play attacking and attractive football and get *. Sevco resort to high ball kick and rush stuff and it seems to put European teams on the back foot.

The large majority of our CL money will be tying down Jota and CCV at around £13m, which is a good move but clearly we need better players all over the park.

 

The board is unbelievable myopic. They can't see past the league and a cups. Honest to *, I wouldn't care if we never won a Scottish cup again. League and Europe are the only things that matter to me. Play reserves or youngsters in the cup for all I care.

 

Just needed to conclude that post with ‘We were lucky to have Lawwell’ or ‘We’d go bust if we tried to get Europe past Christmas’ and it’d have been perfect.
