A statement claiming not enough staunch statements have been released from their club I hope?
Been too quiet the last two days from them.

So Partick thistle have got the lawyers involved and the original Dundee vote must stand so resolution failed.

    fair * then we know

    null and void can’t happen
    Declared season end can’t happen
Prize money can’t be dispensed in light of the above so we stay in lockdown and play when we can.

can understand thistle take on it tbh they are calling for loan payments to be made based on current positions which could mean some clubs being overpaid/underpaid. As I said each club should be awarded the 12th or 10th place amount in their respective divisions if that’s the case but claiming they didn’t know you could get a loan is lies imo

lots of clubs won’t see June now but each has to look after their own!

That's not correct about Dundees vote. You are allowed to change a no vote

Clubs will go under no doubt about it.

most of the smaller ones and I would think a third of the premiership teams could be in serious trouble.

    hamilton
    Rangers
    Hearts

    being the main 3

Plenty of clubs are demanding "Their Money"

If it is Prize money then they aint won it yet so its not "Theirs"
Do they want an Advance? A Loan ? % of future Payments? .. Maybe instead of voting on the resolution put to them last week they should have actually went and read the existing rules that govern them

It seems to me we have 42 Clubs that signed up to these rules / Articles of Association without bothering to read what they were signing.. THAT shows the level of incompetence of those involved.

I wouldn't say that yet. I may be missing something, but that's just one or two QC's opinions.

Also I don't think it's the worst thing to go back to square one. The longer this goes on the more pressure will build on everyone.

Nonsense solution. Trying to have their cake and eat it.

You can't place the responsibility for keeping your club afloat onto the SPFL while shouting down any sensible solution to conclude the season if we're unable to play again.

The SPFL should hold tight and straight out refuse to release any funds at all unless the clubs compromise.

You can't have the SPFL dishing out loans just now and possibly overpaying clubs who will then have no means to pay it back. It's not Wonga fs.

Prize money needs to be ring-fenced to make sure the SPFL isn’t handing out prize money as loans.

Our lawyers should be all over this.

Correct. There is a whole world of difference between what the orcs asked for and that's prize money by the way based on current positions and loans/ emergency funds!! I hope the board tell thistle to get to *!!

Isn't the loan based on the lowest position the club can finish therefore comes out of the prize money they receive at seasons end?

Dundee wrote to the SPFL before their vote reached saying not to count it. That surely won’t count as a valid vote. So they aren’t changing their vote.

This is why im hoping we are silent so far on this.

If they leagues think they can get placed money and not have the league finished they should be onto * all,how do they even think they can do this?

The SPFL have * this up,no doubt,But they better not try to fix it by giving all these teams money and the league aint finished.

I want the league to finish as many many others,i want to win it on the pitch and proove what we already know, but if they can't declare it finished and then give them their * lunch money to attempt to surivive on.

Ohh and for teams that are a baw hair away from going to the wall, funny you can hire lawyers every * minute.

No they want the loans for current position.

the sensible solution would be as I suggested if it needs to be loans pay the 12th place amount in premiership and 10th place in the other divisions

And the longer it goes on the more likely the chance of season being voided if it cant be played not to mention the constant pressure and bullying from the Huns
