    I saw this on the BBC site and I thought I would post it.

    I have put all the posts into 1 thread:

    Myths perpetrated by Rangers fans and the Scottish media

    1)Rangers deserve credit for taking the title race to the last day.

    2)Rangers went further in Europe than Celtic.

    3)WGS does not do pressure.

    4)The Spl did not extend the league campaign.

    5)Rangers fans did not run riot in Manchester, it was Chelsea supporters.

    6)Every Old firm striker should be getting at least 20 goals a season(but only if he is wearing a Celtic shirt and his name is Jan).

    7)Rangers had the best defence in the Spl despite the fact they conceded more goals than Celtic.

    8) Kris Boyd may be a great finisher but he shouldn't play cause Walter doesn't want it. On the other hand in no circumstances should WGS ever take off Skippy.

    9)Georgios Samaras did not turn down Rangers to sign for Celtic.

    10)Rangers have got 30 million to spend.

    11)Barry Ferguson did not fail in the EPL.

    12)Barry Ferguson is an attacking midfielder.

    13)Barry Ferguson is one of the best players never to have played at a major championship.

    14)A free kick 25 yards out or a corner is as good as a goal for Celtic. Any ref who happens to award Celtic one of these said set plays must explain all in the whistle blower.

    15)Last min goals do not count.

    16)Celtic lost a two goal lead to 10 man ICT.

    17)Allan Macgregor is at least as good as Artur Boruc.

    18)Carlos Cuellar and Nacho Novo should both be in the Spain squad.

    19)If Carlos Cuellar and Davd Weir were at the Alamo then Davy Crockett would have won.

    20)Rangers made the last 16 of the Champions League after match day 3.

    21)Rangers won the SPL on March 29.
