Yesterday was a hard watch, we played some good football at times but we need to be slicker in our passing. We broke forward on the counter attack a few times and by the time we picked out a pass they had their players back in position. Im thinking a lot of that is just down to fatigue and hopefully it picks up when we start getting players back from injury.

For me we definitely need another winger in january, forrest hasn’t been great since hes came back and johnston just isnt good enough.

Happy with the win though, this is the type of game we wouldve dropped points from last season. So its good to see we can grind out results with a depleted squad

forrest looks like his days are numbered - knackered body cant get a run of 10 games on the spin. (3 x games for the last 10 odd years for the main reason)
I think in the long term ange is looking for a ready made direct right winger with abada as a back up.
once a player has hamstring issues they generally always flare up each season, he has been overworked in the last 10 years.

Their manager moaning about the freekick for the goal. Lol..

Was an obvious foul. He might no have clocked Johnston but he still caught him in mid air. Easy freekick to give..

Defender tried to be smart and bully Johnston and waited on the ball coming down but Johnston was to smart for him and got infront him and was clearly shoved.

He panicked when he knew Johnston had a chance of winning it.

Bizzare. Mikey landed quite awkwardly on his back....unless he's saying he did that by his self. Lol..

Mental thing to call out from the game..

    Exactly…

He thought he could hold him off but when Mikey was getting there he clearly shoved him as he was jumping :giggle1: not even debatable.

Must say that Hart has been a revelation in goal recently although he does have his faults.

You can see he has an emotional investment in Celtic and prides himself on keeping a clean sheet by not letting goals in.
He dominates his area, marshals his defenders, talks to them, and looks for the quick break away up-field.

The guy has been putting his face and his body on the line and has made some difficult and crucial saves this season.

We have an experienced goalkeeper with international experience here, who has found a home and team mates that he cares for.

You might be right but I hope not as a fit and firing Forrest is a big player for us.
