Caffeine Withdrawal

Discussion in 'TalkCeltic Pub' started by Shane1888, Nov 9, 2011.

  1. I kind of agree with Moros, why should he really pay a lot of attention to his diet if its not high on his priority list, he mentioned he exercises regularly, therefore i don't think he is eating himself into an early grave.

There are multiple reasons for exercising, most people exercise to lose weight or eat the * they want to, Moros seems to be eating junk food but also exercises. I reckon that is a fine way to live if the said person knows they could improve their diet but don't feel the need to. It would be worse if Moros didn't exercise at all.

Also people should not be put off drinking tea, it is good for you, i drink maybe 5 cups a day, a combination of probably 2 cups of black tea and 3 cups of green tea.

The only time ive ever had an energy drink is when im out clubbing and i get a jagerbomb, thats the only time i have ever had one. Don't know why you would drink Boost or Red Bull anyway the stuff tastes awful.

  2. I drink quite a lot of caffeine. Around 8 cups of tea a day, maybe more if I'm particularly stressed or got a lot of work on. I occasionally get headaches if I go a long time without it, but I don't find that the intake really affects me.

  3. A few weeks ago I had a killer headache that never budged. I realised I hadn't drank a Rockstar in 2 days (usually drink 1 a day) and when I had one it was some relief.

I feel a bit better today and the strange pounding in my head is gone (for now), but I can't wait until it just * off completely :56:

It's so hard having to constantly drink water and nothing fizzy though.
