    Even not calculating penalty points, The Pogues comfortably walked away with the win.

    Congrats to The Pogues (Cookie), who I believe has just become the first 2-time BotB Champion!     And if I am not mistaken, the first artist that has been in a Play Off round early on, and gone on to win the whole thing!

    Proof that it could be anyone, even if they get off to a bumpy start early on!

    Commiserations to The Jam (Pinstripe), who had been one of the leading contenders all the way through the competition.

    And the REM (Tim-Time), who crttainly proved to have the quality, but perhaps not the total faith in the band's 80's catalogue towards the back end of the competition.

    A big thank you to everyone that took part in this competition, to the Jury for voting throughout and stasying so invested all the way to the end.

    Prize $v's will be sent to all shortly. Well, at some point tonight, at least, lol.
