    After strong starts by both Connla and The Corries, neither looked back and have strolled into the quarter finals. Which means we have lost:

    A closer affair in this group with Runabay missing out by a few points. Scottish supergroup Runrig topping the group with plenty songs left in the tank. Commiserations to:

    For those that have made it through, congratulations! The quarter finals will be drawn in the morning and posted in here. It will be straight knockout with the jury deciding who progresses!

    I only need one song from those involved so whenever you are ready, fire them over...

    Thanks again everyone, and could all the jury (those still involved voting on the ties they aren't involved in, and those knocked out in the Groups) please try their best to keep voting. I will post a deadline so hopefully people can make time over the weekend to listen :50:
