Not sure I 100% understand the question. I have read everything I have mentioned in here cover to cover. If you mean how many books do I read a week i would probably average it out ,at about 2.

Didn't know if they were just bookshelf purchases. 2 a week is some going.

Not going to lie. Working from home makes it a lot easier. Some days I can't even pick up a book. Plenty of days though I have the laptop on, I have Teams on, I have emails on, I have calls to dial into, however any spare time during the day i just read.

Finished Irvine Welsh's The Blade Artist. I really enjoyed this side story focused on Begbie from his Trainspotting books. The premise being Franco is now Jim Frances the reformed family man rather the psychopath Francies Begbie or is he?

The majority are actually either from Alnwick or Amble library. I pop into Amble library most Saturday mornings. I also use Barter books in Alnwick though so I can read books and then sell them back to them rather than actually buying new books. ( that often.)

Really enjoyed that one myself. Excellent read and of course such an important book in its message about authoritarianism.

Was good, think it’s definitely a read twice to draw more meaning.
