The life of Senna by Tom Rubython.
Amazing read, but also fairly graphic description of the injuries suffered by the great man.

I just started "the 100 year old man who climbed out the window and disappeared" by Jonas Jonasson. So far so good.

Love that book. Read it again at least once every couple of years. Thought Ulysses was well over-rated though. It's not a book - it's a life project.

Haven't read it, so can't comment personally, but I did get that impression when reading about Joyce himself.

I've always been tempted to read them but I watched The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (original Swedish version) and was hugely disappointed (probably a mistake). There's so much hype around the books and the films but I'd have found looking at the back of my eyelids more entertaining.

Currently reading this book. One of the strangest Zombie Novels I've read so far. Or let me say: I don't get it....yet. :54:

To be honest I find the Swedish version of the film is much poorer than the American one, the latter of which probably does the book justice. The first in the trilogy is a bit of a slow burner with a fantastic last 200 pages or so, although personally I find the second in the trilogy to be the best.

Currently reading 11.22.63 by Stephen King, which deals with a high school English teacher who travels back in time to try and prevent the death of JFK. I'm around 3/4 of the way through it and can hardly put it down, King's books can be a bit hit and miss but this is definitely one of the former.

Reading Duff Mckagan's autobiography, really enjoying it. Going to start Che Guevara: A Revolutionary Life after I've finished it.

    Noughts and Crosses.

Quite interesting - about a sort of love story around two youngsters and the social class attitude of both of their families.

Has a very interesting twist at the end.

I've tried Catch 22 a couple of times , but really struggle to get into it, which was a shame because I thought the film was great.

Just read Don Quixote which I loved, very funny, but takes a bit of concentration with the langauge used.

I've only read two Hemingway books 'For Whom The Bell Tolls' and 'A Farwewell To Arms' but I thought both were great

It's a great read, I read it while on holiday in Spain overlooking the mountains, and normally with a drink in my hand , which really added to my enjoyment of it
