    Bobo was one of my favourites from the O'Neill era. A beast of a centre half.
    Was disappointed how he was treated by Strachan. I seem to remember him being frozen out yet called on whenever he had injury woes, one time recalled for a match v the huns and if memory serves we won with a clean sheet and he took man of the match. Only to be dropped very shortly after when the injuries cleared up.


    A mate of mine had a white t with this written under a side profile facial silhouette of him. Was one of the best t-shirts I've ever seen. Never could find one for myself tho.

    EX-CELTIC ace Shaun Maloney has told how Bobo Balde erupted at two of his Hoops team-mates sparking a brawl that took FIVE Hoops stars to stop.

    The former Scotland playmaker described the incident involving Balde as the biggest training ground bust-up he had ever seen.

    Speaking to BBC Sportsound, he said: “Bobo Balde had an issue with two players in a Celtic dressing room.

    “It’s something I’m glad I wasn’t in the middle of – he won.


    “It took about four or five to stop him getting to the destination he wanted to get to.

    “I’m just happy I was nowhere near it.”
