We weren’t competing.

He was all ours, we took too * long, now Liverpool are involved.

 

We had a * agreement. They reneged... I understand why they did, as I said, but it's bullshit to pin this on us * around... he was done, ready to sign and then they pinched him. It happens, we'll live, but people are jumping on this when we did * all wrong.

Not necessarily so. Players will look at where they can get first team football and where they can progress. Liverpool is an attractive alternative but the lad knows he aint playing when everyone is healthy.

 

It looks like they are defiantly signing Ozan Kabak on loan, an option to buy for 18m.
Also they are trying to sign another one.
Klopp even said himself that normally they wouldn't look at Preston to sign a player but because of the injuries they had too.

Klopp really doesn't mind shuffling the pack and moving a CM to CB while leaving a CB on the bench.

He will get a decent loan and he knows it, as previously said he will head to Burnley or Southampton type club while collecting the Liverpool money. I think he knew that when signing. To be honest I don't understand why Liverpool didn't just stick an under 18 centre back on the bench.
