I reckon he might actually move on this year. I don't think he's going to hold down a spot in Ronny's system with GMS and Armstrong kicking ahead of him.
-
Time for him to move on I reckon.
-
this will be fun
-
Not his biggest fan but he's been alright at times this season. Wouldn't be fussed either way.
-
Depends on the price.

Don't necessarily need to replace him. Have plenty in that position already. Money can be used to help strengthen areas we do needLast edited by a moderator: Apr 13, 2015 -

I'd take £1-2 million for him. -
Would I rather Stokes in our squad or £1.5m in the bank? Hmmmmmmm
Stokesy is going nowhere :50: -
I'd take £1.5million for him. Put it towards a striker or possible CB replacement.
-
Cheers but catch ye
-
Anything over £1m and he's gone. Probably about the right time for him to go aswell.

Anything over £500k and I'd bite your arm off. Never going to be a consistent or fit enough to merit being in the first 11. Plus he's not good enough when it really counts eg Europe.
-
He's been one of our most consistent performers domestically for years now so that blows your consistency theory out the water. He has embraced Ronny's fitness regime probably more than any other player in our squad and has shed about a stone in weight so that blows your fitness theory our the water. As for Europe, the day we have a full squad capable of performing at the highest level in Europe is the day I will say cheerio to the likes of your Stokes' and Mulgrews'.
Until then though, these players are integral to our continued success at home.
I honestly don't know who some people think we are, the blasé way they would just sell half our team because they deem them not good enough.
Do any of you like that have any idea where these replacements are coming from, I'm assuming you all want rid of the deadwood like Pukki, Derk etc, too? That means we would probably have to purchase about 9 or 10 players in the summer and there is absolutely no guarantee they are going to be better than Stokes, who has seen off numerous challenges to his position at this club.
I just wish people would get a handle on reality and stop thinking that real life football is like a game of * FM.
Ridiculous. -

Some people think Stokes is the second coming of Christ, laughable.
He's an extremely average player who has one good game every month - at a push. We need to do better.
