Might be his worst performance of the season tonight, looked like the Ralston of old.

Still really rate him, but he can't really afford too many of those performances with Juranovic at this back.

Nt great although did put in one pin point perfect ball that GG got beaten to by their defender.

Tony has done more than enough to earn himself some slack after a below par performance.

He's been excellent this season, and whilst I think it's a little harsh he was dropped, Juranovic has been excellent the last two games and Ralston was awful against Alloa.

Can see why Ange doesn't want to shift Juranovic to the left again, but I can't stand much more of Taylor. if we don't bring in another LB maybe we can try Ralston there?

    Aye, I thought so too.

Would have had him on for Forrest (and pushed Juranovic on one) for the last 10-15 minutes when they were throwing balls in the box and his aerial presence would have been helpful.

Somebody mentioned in the live thread (think it was @The Genius ) that he isn't really a player you just throw on after not playing. Takes him a few games to get up to speed.

He's been class for the majority of this season but I think Juranovic has the RB spot nailed down now.

I think the same also, kinda wish Ralston had more game time recently so he would be sharper and then we could play him on the right and juranovic on the left for next week, I dont trust taylor or scales against Dialo.

If Amad was anything to worry about I don’t think they would’ve dropped points today. Time will tell. I’m not too worried about a 19 year old with about 6 first team appearances in that atmosphere with no hun fans.

I've not seen much of Diallo but from what I have seen he's a big upgrade on Hagi/Sakala. I think he'd have the beating of Scales or Taylor tbh

Anyway, Ralston was poor again today. Carrying a lot of ring rust since the break

tbh they could put Brandon Barker up against either and he'd still have a good game, real worry going into the game with such a weakness at the back.

I thought he looked rusty today. Hopefully that run out will have him back on form.

Big man was horrific the day, the winter break looks to have set him back in a big way. He really needs to get the finger out.

Agree he looks rusty, does look like he is carrying an injury to me and possibly part of the reason Ange subbed him. Wasn't getting beyond Abada, or doing his normal runs to join up with attack. Was fine for me first half and was key in 2 of our best chances that half.

2 really bad touches in the second half sure but don't think he was as bad today as others are saying.

Did think O'Reilly got into some of the space Ralston has been filling recently further forward, not a criticism of O'Reilly as he was excellent, just an observation.

Very poor today, he is the 1 player you expect to grab the game by the balls and have a go * totally anonymous today.
