    Great to have Paddy back where he belongs. I feel guilty that I am slightly dissapointed its only a loan. It would of made a real statement to have slapped a wad big enough to choke a horse down on the Man City boardroom table and made him ours.

    Fair chunk of money for someone coming in on loan. Sneaking admiration for Celtic here. We had no chance really in meeting the kind of money MC wanted and perhaps they know this boy is going to be of real value. Perhaps they looked at how we got Dembele for a steal and thought we're not letting that happen to us? BR has the habit of picking up gems so I have a feeling they will look twice before selling us a player in future :56:Yeah a lot of money for a loan deal if true and look at the returns he might bring us in the CL.

    Celtic are to pay around £2.5m to City to have Roberts for a second loan spell, and a sizeable portion of the player's wages.

    The alot money for a loan fee. Eboue cost the much.

    From the reports I've read it looks as if it's £2.75Mil all in including wages.
    Seems more reasonable if he is on £20-£30k a week (£1.5mil in fees then the rest is his wages)

    Paying those sort of fees is usually taken off the transfer fee if you have the option to buy the player after the loan
