Source daily record news now Celtic and the mirror. That Celtic are in advanced talks with Man City. To sign Patrick Roberts fee mentioned 10 million, 6 million and 2 million each year in instalments. Man City is getting ride of ten players delph amother player I think we should try see what we can do amazing piece of business's if we get Roberts in

It'd be a massive statement if we invest that kind of money in a player.

We should literally sell every single one of our players to get him.

    We'd be a strong team.

Ha ha don't think we need to sell every player to get him with champions league money sale of van dijk. Which last saw be around 6 million. So lot of extra money which we can afford but it was such massive show of intent from the board getting paddy signed up

Easily worth it for that price. Should offer him a 6 year deal with a high release clause cause it will only be a matter of time and the big clubs will come sniffing.

Money will be well spent on such a fluid player that gives us a glimpse of what it must have been like to watch Jinky.

I'd easily part with £10m for Roberts. Give him the number 7 jersey.

When you see the volume of * that moves for these types of figures it is a no brainer.

He has the most important thing that removes the risk with a big money signing - resale value.

Will end up paying 7 or 8 and he is worth every penny. Give him the number 7 shirt and let him express himself week in week out.

Hope this is true, what a statement of intent signing him would be. The rest of Scotland would * themselves both at the thought of him coming back to terrorise them, and at the fact we have the financial clout to go spend that amount on a player!!

I would love it to be true, but the Record and the Daily Mirror are not exactly known for their reliability...
