Hey MA, I'm a self entitled keyboard warrior therefore I'm a sack of *. Look, I told someone to * off!
You fuckn worm, the Hoops were never going to win 35 out of 38 domestic matches plus Euro finals after last seasons rubbish and rabble. I like your dress though.

The reality now, to complete and win the Champions League, you need to be an asset of a Sovereign Wealth Fund. Bad and all Desmond, Lawwell and the board are, they ARE not as bad as the Qataris, UEA and KSA lot.

The problem is, we as a club have to sell our best players every two years and start the rebuild again. The players know this. If we were qualifying for the CL every season without fail, we would have a much better chance of keeping a player for a longer cycle of 4-5 years, before we would need to sell them.

our repeated failure to make the group stages of the CL is what is holding back the club.

Here, I've for a girlfriend and I still want Celtic to be winning football matches.

Sitting 6th in the league with 4 wins in the last 10 games we have played, and yet again some folk still think everything is fine and we have no right to be critical.

    Can anyone translate this?

I feel like it's something a Russian sleeper agent might post to get a message out to his handler.

I said the same about not making the champions league is whats making players leave so soon but was shot down. Players don’t come here to win the SPL.

I don't think that's the problem, I think our inability to handle that situation is the problem. Take Dembele as an example. We had Edouard in and ready to go for when he left and it worked beautifully.

This season, while we actively tried to punt Edouard for £15m, we waited until the final day to bring in Giakoumakis for £2m and snubbed paying good money for Toney last season.

We're a club that goes week-to-week and rarely plans ahead, mainly due to incompetence.

Mind you, I still think we should be a little higher placed than we are.

Last win was massive even though Aberdeen are struggling too.

If he puts some wins together now we might never look back.

Can you honestly see that happening ? ....... i don't think we look very convincing, defence looks so fragile.

It was lucky for us that the sheep are brutal themselves.

Teams don't fear us and will certainly fancy their chances with the system we're playing.

The part in bold. This is what is most worrying of all for me this season.

The fear factor is all but gone, and as you say, teams see an opportunity.
We´ve been very predictable so far, it´s not rocket science to set up a team to give us a fight (Martindale is a case in point).

We can´t continue to rely on individual brilliance to bail us out, as was the case for example against Aberdeen.

If I had to bet the house then I’d say no, but I’m hoping with players getting back from injury and guys like Jota beginning to find their feet we might just get the league wins we need to buy some time.

I think the two week break would’ve been massive for Ange too to take a break and think about his system vs his situation.

    …ish.

No manager’s ‘best’ involves actively snubbing a Plan B. Your Klopp, Guardiola types all adapt; maybe not majorly, but they change it up a bit when they need to, and do so to great effect.

Ange hasn’t properly shown that yet, and until he does, we should be careful about saying he isn’t part of the problem. Board have shafted him, yes, but he could still have done better at points.

Hopefully he’s been working on the defence with his players during the break, we need to stop conceding stupid goals literally every game. Wasn’t it something like 3 out of the 4 v Leverkusen were our own mistakes?

im concerned that the board have taken notice of us getting beat and or outplayed by smaller european clubs with inferior players so regularly that they have decided to go that route and the bringing in of ange with his philosphy of hard work helps signal that to me

if you like weve gonna back to the strachan era of average players and a couple of stars, whose to say that isnt correct either strachans teams done well in europe
