    Frighteningly deluded..

Same with his comment's after Betis he'd rather get beat 4-3 playing that well than get a nil nil..

Did he no hear the discontent in the crowd today?

We only really stepped it up again for a 5/10 minute period near the end but we weren't relentless at all second half, despite missing a couple of good chances..

They should’ve won it at the end tbh.

Think he'll be gone in a couple of weeks. Got 2 league games to turn it round.

Didn't expect us to win the league this season but again as I've said I need to see improvement.

So far it's far too inconsistent and we are back to playing like last season. I don't know what the answer is.

Again, we look so easy to play through and against. Leverkusen will rip us to shreds.

He needs to understand and quickly that results are all that matters right now. My major concern with him was whether he could be pragmatic...I don't think he can be.

Rangers go to Dundee and win 1-0 yesterday, I can't see us doing that right now. Amazingly.

Again doesn't deserve the hate he's getting here. Embarrassing.
Board sold him short. I think he will come good when we have a full squad but think it may be too late for the league by that time. Only saving grace is zombies are misfiring here and there as well

    Agreed.

I’ve been saying for ages that the league is a write off this year, and unfortunately I stand by it.

What I wanted to see on the park was some real evidence of improvement though, and I can’t say I have yet.

Was the players on the pitch better than Heart’s, Livi’s or Utd’s ? Of course.
Only thing embarrassing is Ange and his fan club who refuse to criticise him.

    Thats the thing for me.

I have said from the start I will be behind him as long as that improvement is there but I've not seen it consistently at all yet.

If anything we look even easier to score against than last season. There's no real change and one player out the side in kyogo and his entire style has capitulated. Wheres the pressing etc? It's mental. We can't rely on one guy that much.

    Very worrying.

There's absolutely no way he goes until the league is numerically over. Assuming our form rallies even a little, he'll get at least that long.

Again, no backroom staff of his own, no DoF, no chief exec, rudderless off the pitch, signed some players he didn't want, sold short on transfer window, no settled team due to injuries, in fact most of the experienced lads in Forrest McGregor not there. Would love for you to tell me who could turn that around?

His team will come good when he has the team and staff he wants. Until then it's anyone's guess where this goes.

We sat off them all day..

They looked far more at ease in possession than us. All the time in the world to break, have a wee pit stop and wait for support, then zip it about..

That happened all day under zero press from us..

Maybe he did ask for a press and Ajeti, Rogic, Turnbull and McCarthy all together couldn't do it. There wasn't even an attempt though..

I'll be honest, we're just no a good side. So many weaknesses from our depth, our lack of dig, our lack of pace, our lack of quality overall..

We're gonna be in for many more dead day's like today. Pittodrie early kick off after Leverkusen run our bare bones ragged. No away win coming there..

Youre probably right but it has that Mowbray feeling about it. Players were not playing for him today.

The only thing saving him is his newness. Inflexible, deluded, unable or unwilling to organise the team defensively, stood with arms folded as the team goes to pieces.......remind you of anyone? He seems like a decent guy but that's not enough unfortunately. He was never what was needed and anyone with any sense knew what was coming. Far from winning the league, we look more likely to finish further behind than last season even though Sevco have regressed somewhat. We're not even 2nd place material at the minute. Had high hopes for this season but we're just not fit for purpose, boardroom, dugout or on the pitch.

So, he’s effectively a yes man, the very thing everyone told us he wasn’t. Why take the job if all these factors weren’t to his liking?

I think if he drops points in both of the next 2 league games he will go. We’d likely be bottom 6 at that point and that’s just not acceptable 20% of the way into the season.

Hopefully he turns it around but I think there’s an unspoken admission that we won’t win games with the squad in the state it is and I would say, after today, we will see more injuries before we see recoveries.

If the board were swift enough to bin Dom then they'll be swift enough to do the same with Ange too given he was by all accounts Dom's man
